WWW.RICHARDHUNT.CO.UK (“The Company”) provides to its clients subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions ("Terms of Service") set forth below. Please read the following carefully.

WWW.RICHARDHUNT.CO.UK reserves the right to update and modify the Terms of Service at any time without notice.

New features that may be added to the Service shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Should you continue to use the Service after any such modifications have been made, this shall constitute your agreement to such modifications.

Violation of any part of the Terms of Service will result in termination of your account.

1. Account Terms

1. You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.

2. You must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, and any other required information to complete the sign-up process.

3. You are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your account. WWW.RICHARDHUNT.CO.UK will not be held liable for any damage or loss that may result from your failure to protect your login information, including your password.

2. Payment and Access

1. For continued service payment must be cleared in the bank of www.richardhunt.co.uk by the due date.

2. Hosting charges are to be paid quarterly in advance and you will be billed one month before the due date.

3. Any other charges for but not limited to web site maintenance, updating content or adding functionality will also be billed one month before the due date.

4. Where charges are not paid in full by the due date The Company reserves the right to charge in addition to the outstanding amount interest at the rate of 2% per month compound from the date of the original invoice until all charges including interest and any other additional charges are paid in full, the interest is due forthwith.

5. An additional administration charge will be made to administer an overdue account of £10 per month or part of month an invoice remains unpaid after the due date and is due forthwith.

6. Where reminders or emails have to be sent to you reminding you to pay over due invoices a charge of £10 each may be levied and is due forthwith.

7. Design and web site creation charges are normally quoted as an inclusive amount due when the web site is made available to the public or to the selected target audience. This amount is usually heavily discounted and the price is based on a prompt full payment by the due date – if this payment is not paid in full by the due date The Company reserve the right to charge all the additional charges outlined above in paragraphs 2.4 to 2.6 and to drop the discount to zero (£0) – discounts are clearly marked on the invoice. The Company also reserves the right to charge the market value of the Service supplied – market prices for the Service can be supplied on request to the email address me@richardhunt.co.uk.

8. Content updates to the web site are chargeable at £20 per hour or part thereof (pay as you go) or can be purchased at £50 per month in advance (min period 12 months) for unlimited content only updates (this does not include re-designing the web site which would attract a negotiated charge between The Company and you). Charges may be waived where you have negotiated an included amount of time for updates in your initial charges for web site creation and design - these charges will however become payable should you not pay the invoice for these initial charges of design and creation by the due date.

9. Generally there is no charge for bandwidth usage up to 0.5Gb per month but the Company reserve the right to charge for bandwidth usage should your account continually use an disproportionate amount of the total available bandwidth. The charge is £1 per 100Mb above the 0.5Gb limit for each month this has been exceeded. The Company will inform you one month in arrears that the charge will be levied on your next invoice.

10. Support of your web site is provided for free where the fault or problem is identified as being the fault of The Company or the underlying source code. Other support is provided at the rate of £20 per hour or part thereof (pay as you go) or can be purchased at £50 per month in advance (min period 12 months).

11. Where appropriate sales tax will be made in addition to the charges notified and will be clearly stated on the invoice should the charge attract such tax.

12. All current charges are exclusive of all taxes or duties imposed by governing authorities. This may change in the future dependant on the relevant laws governing the imposition of taxes by governing bodies. We may charge taxes with or without prior notice.

3. Modifications to the Service and Fees

1. WWW.RICHARDHUNT.CO.UK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time for any reason
with or without notice.

2. WWW.RICHARDHUNT.CO.UK reserves the right to change our monthly fees upon 30 days notice from us. Fee change notices
may be posted to the Service or on the WWW.RICHARDHUNT.CO.UK website:http://www.richardhunt.co.uk

4. Cancellation and Termination

1. You alone are responsible for the proper cancellation of your account. You may cancel your account by notifying The Company by email and giving 30 days notice to this address accounts@richardhunt.co.uk.

2. Your account and all of its Content will be deleted immediately upon your cancellation of the Service.

3. You can cancel at any time, but you will remain liable for all charges accrued up to that time, including full monthly charges for
the month which you discontinued service. You will not be charged again.

4. WWW.RICHARDHUNT.CO.UK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your account at any time for any reason without notice
or refund. We also reserve the right to delete all Content associated with your account. WWW.RICHARDHUNT.CO.UK may refuse service to anyone
for any reason at any time.

5. Copyright and Ownership

1. WWW.RICHARDHUNT.CO.UK or its suppliers own the intellectual property rights to all components of the Service, including but not limited to the name of the Service, artwork and end-user interface elements contained within the Service, many of the individual features, and the related documentation. You may not copy, modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or dissemble any aspect of the Service which WWW.RICHARDHUNT.CO.UK or its suppliers own.

2. WWW.RICHARDHUNT.CO.UK claims no intellectual property rights over the Content you upload or provide to the Service. However, by using the Service
to send Content, you agree that others may view and share your Content.

6. General Conditions

1. Your use of the Service, including any content, information or functionality contained within it, is provided "as is" and "as available" with no
representations or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of this Service.

2. You agree not to resell, duplicate, reproduce or exploit any part of the Service without the express written permission of WWW.RICHARDHUNT.CO.UK.

3. You may not use the service to store, host, or send unsolicited email (spam) or SMS messages.

4. You understand that the Service can be used for transmission of your Content, and that during processing, your Content, including invoices, payment reminders, and personal messages, may be transferred unencrypted over the internet.

5. You may not use the service to transmit any viruses, worms, or malicious content.

6. WWW.RICHARDHUNT.CO.UK makes no warranties regarding (i) your ability to use the Service, (ii) your satisfaction with the Service, (iii) that the Service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, and error-free (iv), the accuracy of mathematical calculations performed by the Service, and (v)
that bugs or errors in the Service will be corrected.

7. WWW.RICHARDHUNT.CO.UK, its affiliates and its sponsors are neither responsible nor liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages arising out of or relating in any way to your use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using the Service.

8. If any provision of the Terms of Service is held invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be impaired thereby.

9. The failure of WWW.RICHARDHUNT.CO.UK to exercise any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any right hereunder. The Terms of Service sets forth the entire understanding between you and WWW.RICHARDHUNT.CO.UK as to the Service and supersedes any prior agreements between you and WWW.RICHARDHUNT.CO.UK
(including, but not limited to, prior versions of the Terms of Service).
